We hate shipping costs when shopping online so we have really tried to keep our shipping costs to a minimum as much as possible!
Shipping in Australia
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5 for all orders in Australia! Some heavier items might be a few dollars more. Express postage is available for a flat rate of $10 AUD.
For those who have shopped with us before, who may be used to shipping being free at Baby Luno, but unfortunately we were losing too much money so we need to charge a tiny amount to get the product straight to your door :). Thank you for your understanding.
All orders are posted either the same day, or at the latest the next working day (unless it is a pre-order that is specified on the product page). Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with a tracking number if applicable.
In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are made within 2-3 working days. NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 3-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas will take 5-7 working days.
Please note these are only expected deliveries times and occasionally delays may occur.
We now ship worldwide! Shipping is a flat rate of $10 to New Zealand ($20 for heavy items) and a flat rate of $25 to all other countries ($45 for heavy items). All prices are in AUD. Unfortunately we have just had to raise out shipping prices for international shipping. We are very sorry about this but it is due to us losing a lot of money paying for these costs.
Please note, whilst most international deliveries arrive within 4 days, Australia Post do advise that International delivery usually takes 4-14 working days. (Around 4 days to New Zealand but more like 2 weeks to the opposite side of the world).
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
