baby luno now has TWO warehouses — one in Melbourne, Australia and one in Pennsylvania, USA — allowing us to get orders to our Australian and US customers faster and more efficiently.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page (for example, pre-order items). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details where applicable.
Please note that orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately depending on where stock is located.
Shipping within Australia 🇦🇺
FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide when you spend over $100 AUD.
For orders under $100 AUD:
Australian orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse using a mix of carriers including Australia Post, Aramex and CouriersPlease.
As a general guide, delivery times after dispatch are:
Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro & regional VIC: 2–3 business days
Regional NSW, SA, TAS, ACT & NT: 3–5 business days
Regional QLD, WA & remote areas: approximately 5–7 business days
These are estimated delivery times only and delays can occasionally occur once your parcel is with the carrier.
Shipping within the USA 🇺🇸
We are very excited to now have our own USA warehouse in Pennsylvania!
FREE Standard Shipping is available on all US orders over $140 USD.
Express Shipping is also available for a flat rate of $15 USD.
Most USA orders are now dispatched directly from our Pennsylvania warehouse, meaning faster domestic shipping with no international customs or tariffs on orders fulfilled from our USA warehouse.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Please note that some products may still be stocked exclusively at our Australian warehouse. If your order contains an item that is not currently available in our USA warehouse, it may be shipped separately or dispatched from Australia but we still cover shipping and tariffs. We will always aim to fulfil your order from the closest available warehouse wherever possible.
Shipping to New Zealand 🇳🇿
Shipping is FREE to New Zealand when you spend over $100 AUD. Some particularly large or heavy parcels may be subject to an additional shipping fee.
New Zealand orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
International delivery times vary, but most parcels arrive within approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Canada, UK, Ireland & Rest of the World 🌎
We ship baby luno products worldwide from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Most international parcels arrive within approximately 7–10 business days, although delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier and local customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within Australia from our Melbourne warehouse or within the USA from our Pennsylvania warehouse do not cross an international border and therefore are not subject to import duties or tariffs.
For orders shipped internationally, your parcel may be subject to local import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges upon arrival in your country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are outside baby luno's control. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs authority if you would like further information about possible charges before ordering.
If a parcel is refused because customs charges have not been paid, any costs incurred as a result may be deducted from any refund available to you.
Returned to Sender
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order and keep an eye on your tracking once your parcel has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, the address provided was incorrect, or delivery could not be completed, we are happy to resend it.
A re-shipping fee of $20 AUD within Australia or $40 AUD for international orders may apply to cover the additional postage and handling costs.
